Every applicant receives an E-ticket – an official “Confirmation for Registration” within 24 hours once they complete the online registration and click the “Apply Now” button. Average waiting time for this Confirmation email that serves as an E-ticket is 40 mins – 4 hours depending of number of participants within the day.

The Confirmation for Registration email consists information about: type of ticket reserved, topic of the training event, location, date, contact details of event host, full event agenda and additional logistical instructions for parking at the venue and similar. Once participants arrive at the venue they register by presenting their name and company name and put a written signature on the participants list, presented by the welcoming team at the entrance.
